My husband and I love spending time with our twins. We play family board games, go to the beaches of Lake Michigan, and enjoy exploring ways that we can help make the world a better place. We're a musical family with one kid on drumline, one in choir, and I myself grew up playing in bands. My main instrument is french horn but I can play most woodwinds and brass also. I love to read, Terry Pratchett is a favorite author but I also love non-fiction, specifically biographies. I love learning about new people and cultures, especially when it means I can try cooking something new.
