I'm a veterinarian working for a nonprofit providing accessible pet care — spay/neuter surgery and wellness services — for the community. Outside of work I knit, sew, garden, read constantly, and am learning Norwegian. I've recently taken up stained glass, which turns out to be wonderfully meditative. I live in central Texas with my dog Michi and two elderly cats, Onslow and Hyacinth, who are excellent company for quiet hobbies. I love good stationery, interesting postage, and letters written with care.
