Greetings from the United States!!I am a chef at a restaurant where I am in charge of desserts so I LOVE to bake! I spend a lot of my time cooking and baking and developing recipes. I also thoroughly enjoy gardening and being able to grow my own food to cook with. In the past year I have gotten into knitting and have knit myself 3 sweaters! I enjoy crafts where I can work quietly with my hands. I also enjoy reading and collect all different genres of books. Some of my favorite authors are Annie Dillard, Charlotte Bronte, and Dylan Thomas. I also love any and all food writing.
