I love history, traveling and learning about other places and cultures. I especially am interested in the Middle Ages in England and France, the history of the Catholic church (note: I am not a practicing Christian), ancient history and archaeology. I am also a music lover and a singer/guitarist. I enjoy many genres and love discovering new music, especially from outside of the USA. In my spare time I like cooking, camping & hiking, visiting local historic sites, spending time with my cats, and reading non-fiction books.I used to have pen-pals in school and I miss the exchange of ideas.
