I work full time in higher education, which is something that I really love and am dedicated to. My work has lead me to an interest in both politics and social sciences. I have bachelors degrees in Literature and Religion as well as a masters in higher education. In my free time I love to run, read, do fiber arts, and travel. I have two adorable cats that are so silly. I am also married (5 years this fall) and we love to kayak, hike and garden. I'm very interested in sustainability and growing my own food on a small scale in my suburban home.
