I am happy and positive. I exercise daily at home (streaming cardio, strength, kickboxing and yoga workouts). I live on a mountain and hike daily with 2 of my 3 dogs. I love to garden and spend lots of time outdoors. I also like to read, although, I do not have a favorite type of book (I read fiction, murder/mystery, dog training, biographies, health and well being, etc...).
