My two big passions are home brewing and cooking — there's something magical about making a batch of beer from scratch and pairing it with a meal I've cooked myself. I love experimenting with recipes, chasing new flavors, and I'm always happy to swap cooking traditions from different countries.I also share my home with a wonderful Shiba Inu — a stubborn, clever, and endlessly charming little companion who keeps my days full of life (and hair on the couch!)
