I’m an empathetic, curious, and reflective soul who thrives on meaningful connections and creative outlets. Most days, you’ll find me working in mental health counseling, helping others navigate life, or covered in clay in my home studio making wheel-thrown pottery. I’m happiest outdoors—whether hiking mountain trails, practicing yoga, or enjoying a slow morning with dark roast coffee and a journal. A big lover of literature, psychology, and live jazz, I spend my free time exploring local markets, tending to my plants, and swapping deep, intentional conversations with good friends.
