I live quietly, on the suburban/semi-rural fringe of a northern English town. My interests include music, languages, writing, art, some gardening and studying. As my roots are in the south of the country, I enjoy taking the train there, to see old friends. In this region, I venture out for cultural events (theatre, small festivals, music and art activities) and for work (freelance, mainly education). I like to laugh and enjoy life, wherever possible. I walk, sometimes go to the gym and do Pilates and talk to the small dogs on my estate. I do not have a TV but will watch some shorts on YouTube.
