Hello penpal, what connects me to South Korea is my desire to learn more about this country with its rich history + culture. I started learning Hangul a few months ago. Now I can read it quite well. Mastering vocabulary is another challenge, but I’m working hard at it. It would be wonderful if, someday, I could understand your language without needing a translator.
