My children are now at ages where they're interested in having penpals and writing letters to friends around the world and I thought it might be nice to rediscover that part of myself. My big love is stories, primarily through books, but also through TV, films and video games. I enjoy gardening, nature and walking with my family and our dog. On holidays I prefer visiting cultural sites, museums etc to beaches, but I'm happy enough anywhere I can read my book. I dabble with writing. I enjoy listening to music and try to branch outside my old favourites so I don't become culturally obsolete!
