I'm very introverted in person, but I'm very interested in learning about other people and their lives. I spent some time working in academic publishing, specifically archaeology and geology. Now I'm a potter and a writer. I have 3 very spoiled senior cats. I spend my free time reading, cycling, running, playing video games, and consuming podcasts and video essays about philosophy, cultural commentary, media criticism, gender studies, technology, and science news.
