I have one baking fixation at the moment, Malva Pudding which is like a sticky toffee pudding but South African. I love to read and sometimes journal obsessively. Letter writing ... hand letter writing sounds like the sort of thing to get me off the digital apps . I work full time in a university but do not lecture, I cycle to work and gym as often as I can but my love for cake is superior. I love ice cream too. And one podcast.
