I'm a geologist, which keeps me traveling to fun and unfamiliar places. But I'm just as happy at home: cooking elaborate meals, baking bread and cookies from scratch, and reading constantly -mostly classics right now. My favorite book shifts between East of Eden and Crime and Punishment depending on the day. Beyond that: country two-step dancing, martial arts, golf, and slowly learning Spanish and Russian. I share my home with two dogs and two parrots, and volunteer teaching kids about geology.
