I’m a chef from Long Island, New York, near the Hamptons. I come from a line of Polish potato farmers that have been here over 100 years. I mostly work managing restaurants and cooking high end private dinners on a large farm. I want to learn more about polish culture and language, and maybe eventually get my citizenship.
