Hi, I’ve just begun occasional letter writing with a friend and realise that it is important for personal & historical reasons. I have a couple of letters that my dad wrote to my mother during the 1950s & 1960s, they are treasures. I’m also listening to a book in which the writer is exchanging letters during WW2, it’s interesting. And I’m keen to get to know someone else, overseas.
