I'm independent, curious and a bit of a hippie at heart. I love good conversation, books, travel, cooking, making preserves and walking my little dog. I have a fairly irreverent sense of humour and enjoy people who can laugh at themselves. I spent ten years living on a narrowboat, so life has certainly given me plenty of stories! I enjoy discovering new places and I'm always interested in how other people live. I'm equally happy having a good laugh about something ridiculous or getting into a proper conversation about life, the universe and everything.
