I'm a musician, artist, writer, healthcare professional, former history and English teacher, and devoted father. My family is enormously important to me, and I value kindness, compassion, honesty, intellectual curiosity, and reciprocity and authenticity in relationships. I'm an independent thinker, non-religious but deeply appreciative of nature, art, human connection, and life's bigger questions. I live in my head and think a lot about life.
