I am a Lutheran pastor in a small(ish) town in Texas, and much of my life revolves around leading that community. My husband and I are devoted "dog dads" to two very mischievous beagles. I am "an old soul" and love the quieter and slower joys of life: reading, creative writing, gardening, cooking, hiking, sitting on my front porch thinking, and talking with friends or writing letters. I love classical literature, history, and music and, obviously, read and write a lot about my own fields of study: theology and philosophy. I strive to be very open minded and to think deeply with others.
