After obtaining Masters degree I was join Bangladesh academy for Rural Development (BARD),Comilla as a administrative Officer afterward Project designing and monitoring officer, Now I am serving as a Executive Director of an local NGO in Bangladesh which is my own initiatives for poverty alleviation.
