Dear future penpal, my name is Katharina. I'm currently 26 years old and from Germany. I'm passionate about penpalling and have been writing letters since I was 11 years old. I absolutely adore sending and receiving letters and getting to know different people and cultures through it. My 4 guinea pigs mean the world to me! I'm a guinea pig freak in general, I think they're the most adorbale pets ever. I've had my own pigs for 4 1/2 years now and before that I used to have pigs when I still lived with my parents, too. Finland is the country of my dreams! I visit there about once a year and have even stayed there for 6 whole months. It's like my second home there. I love travelling in general and I'm always interested in visiting a new country! Any region of the world interests me! Currently I'm unemployed but I'm looking for at least some small job. We'll see what the future has to offer for me. : ) I have studied Geography but it's a subject that is not easy to find a job with. : / On the other hand, I don't feel like working full time ever if I don't have to. I have so many hobbies and interests that I don't want to "waste" my live in a boring office job. : )
