I am Bal from Nepal live in Kathmandu ( capital city of Nepal ). I work as a mountain guide since last 18 years in Nepal. during the Tourist season i often go to the base camps of the snowy mountains including everest base camp . I have been up to 6000 mtr. My interest are nature walk , adventure sports , positive thoughts and so on . I never been out of my country .
