Whilst listening to music I like to read/make cards/maybe draw if in the mood or do crochet.I try to fit meditation into my week to quiet my mind as I am a busy person working on allowing/giving myself more time as my "likes" tend to be at the bottom of,my lists each day. I live with my daughter and tend to the pets and garden.I enjoy travelling when I get a chance.I enjoy being outside whatever the weather experiencing nature and the seasons.
