I am a person who is in pursuit of a small simple life filled with small simple pleasures. I am a magpie for knowledge and interested in most things. I love stories in all their glory, whether it's books, tv shows, film, theatre, radio, ballet or song. I enjoy history, mythology, needlecrafts, nature, walking. I can't bear social media, daytime television shows, tabloid newspapers or airbrushed politicians, because I want the rock solid feel of "warts and all" integrity and also want to keep liking people :)
