Retired university teacher now undertaking citizen-science research in fields as diverse as applied statistics, statistical genetics and astronomy. Have worked in several SE Asian countries as well as in China. Have travelled to France, Spain, Portugal and UK in the past. Able to travel wherever I please. Other interests include world politics, economics, family names, satirical literature and modern history. Would like to learn how to use my camera properly for astronomy.
