I am a father of two little girls and have "adopted" two bigger ones. I have been a university professor for almost 30 years in physical fitness/self-defense. I work with police and military and have taught in Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, Holland, Denmark, Armenia, Latvia, and across the United States. I hold a juris doctorate and advanced degree in philosophy with emphasis in ethics. I run two businesses in California and I am still a competitive submission wrestler.
