I am a forester living in northern British Columbia. I enjoy canoeing, hiking, snowshoeing but I also love history, art, antiques, and travelling. When travelling with my wife enjoy walking in rural areas, particularly in the United Kingdom. Although I am in my 40s I am a bit old fashioned in my tastes and interests (hence wanting a snail mail penpal) but I try to be open to new experiences. I come from a farming family that still farms and ranches on the Canadian prairies but my call was to the great forests of northern BC.
