Hey, I'm Matthias. Currently I am back in my hometown In South Germany. The past 3 years I've been in Hamburg. I've planned and build bars/cafes as a carpenter and parallel studied environmental technics. Many things happened and let me to become a gardener in a CSA-Market Garden. With friends I'm renovating a farm.
