I am Tom Heeren, and I retired after volunteering in 2016. I write plays, short fiction for adults, poetry and essays. I enjoy reading, travelling (I've been to the UK twice, Canada, Sweden, and Denmark), surfing the Internet, watching TV, and spending time with my nephews and nieces as well as my great-nephew and great-niece.I enjoy writing historical fiction set in the Great War, the Sixties and the Eighties.
