I grew up in a multicultural family and was raised with a rather old-fashioned Japanese-style upbringing which is rather unusual for a Taiwanese. I spent my childhood in Taiwan but received my education in North America, which makes for a uniquely mixed perspective… and, to some people, perhaps a mildly puzzling personality. I have a deep affection for different cultures, a sincere love of nature, and a particular fondness for conversations that are thoughtful rather than noisy. I greatly enjoy spending time with friends who share similar curiosities about the world.
