I'm trying to do some new things this year, and thought -why not? It's been a long time since I've had penpals, but it was something I enjoyed when I was in school. I'm interested in walking (particularly fell/hill), archaeology, nature, photography (particularly wildlife), literature, linguistics. I'm vegan, love all animals...except wasps, pretty ambivalent towards them. Long term partner, no children but two cats. I'm a teacher, left wing politically, no religion. Love cake, zipwires, stargazing, beer, paddling in the sea, good comedy, alternative 80s music.
