I am researcher, currently working towards the completion of my PhD. The qualification is a PhD in Literary Studies. But, truthfully, my project is a real mixture of things. It focuses on secrets and secrecy in 21C Britain, drawing on politics, sociology, philosophy, cultural studies, history, and economics, amongst other things. Intellectually broad, I guess! When I'm not reading, writing, & thinking for the PhD, I like to watch television, listen to music, go for long walks and runs, and play video games. I have a blog, where I write about all sorts. Keeping busy is important to me :-)
