Hi! I love spending my time doing anything creative (art, journalling), reading (historical fiction, cozy mysteries, contemporary fiction, self-help) and playing the Sims 4. I'm passionate about psychology and mental health and have been working towards self-improvement in all areas of life recently so this would be fun to share and talk about! I recently moved across the country to do a postgrad and this is my attempt at maintaining good school/hobby balance.
