Hi I am Chelsea from the UK. I am a very outgoing and friendly person, if you would like to get to know please message I would love to hear from you! I have a range interests from rugby and f1 to anime and visual kei. I would like a Japanese pen pal because I would love to exchange cultures and learn new things.
