I am retired very easygoing individual.My mantra mind body spirit.At my age,my main focus is staying healthy. I spend free time playing sudoko backgammon.I love to travel.I have three brothers and one sister.I'm the youngest. One of my greatest attributes is as a researcher my professional livelihood demanded it. I have never been married and I don't have any children. Early on in my career I worked for a private foundation counseling young adults. Vegan for over 20yrs. 99.9 % of my friends aren't and that's great. Life is all about personal choices.
