I retired a year ago after running an art gallery for almost thirty years. I love painting, gardening, reading, and learning about others’ lives, their culture, challenges and joys. My life with my husband and my best buddy Barley, my golden, is really good, and I seem to have no reason to complain. But I miss the social and purposeful parts of my working, and pre-pandemic life.When I was a teenager living in Brussels I had pen pals all over the world, so I look forward to this. I was born in New York, grew up in Belgium and Switzerland, and now live in Colorado.
