I'm a 49 year old single mum with 2 nearly grown up daughters. I have a large dog and have kept back yard chickens for the last 6 years. I have an allotment and enjoy pottering there or in my garden. I like reading and knitting. I have also written poetry in the last 2 years since my boyfiend died. I live close (5 miles ) to my parents. I worked in education whilst my children were at school but I am currently working for a supermarket whilst I think about what I want to do next.
