I'm a Finnish-Canadian woman who grew up in Canada. I worked in the media, education and loved to travel. I lived & worked in the arctic for 12 years. I'm a poet, artist, podcaster & love nature, all kinds of arts, history, lit, films & getting & sending snail mail. I have a grown daughter who is an Indigenous educator & artist. I've practiced Karma Kagyu Buddhism most of my adult life.
