I'm a happily married housewife living in a small town outside of Calgary in Canada. I'm involved in a lot of crafts - cross-stitch/embroidery, crochet, and altered books being my current top three, as well as memory planning/scrapbooking. I read about 100 books a year and love talking books with people! I'm trying to get back into gardening, baking and canning. I studied education and ASL interpreting in college, and have worked as a teacher among other things in the past. Now I live a quiet rural life and would love to add some excitement with pen pals from around the globe!
