Above all,I love to read all sorts of books! I'm a retired university professor. My degrees are in medieval and Renaissance French literature and culture, and in education. I also trained teachers, and directed the Honors Program. I'm a bit handicapped by arthritis and can't get out as much as I'd like. I love to research in libraries in Paris, but now do much online. I also knit and do cross stitch embroidery. I have a darling cat, Libby, who likes to watch animal shows on tv! My two adult daughters live far from me, but close in my heart.
