A little shy, though not immediately apparent when you meet me. Dry sense of humour. A good listener. Favourite hobbies are: acting and directing (amateur theatre), playing golf, going to the theatre, going to the pub and mixing with friends, watching sport and playing with/walking my dog. I collect fountain pens and like any excuse to use them, hence my search for pen friends. Retired languages teacher and high-school deputy head. I play the accordion and concertina to a reasonable standard (I accompany Morris dancing).
