I am a first generation Canadian with roots in the Netherlands. I am semi-retired after a long career working with children and families. I love to travel and have been fortunate to have visited many countries. I am energetic and enjoy cycling, hiking and cross country skiing. But my passion is wilderness canoe tripping. I have a small cabin in Northern Ontario and love to spend time there, in the peaceful woods, beside the Englehart River.
