Hi everyone. I live with my two children. I work and I study and I am interested in wellbeing and personal growth. I try to keep balance in my life. I like to go outdoors to exercise and come back tired and happy. I enjoy making home-cooked meals. I like to really connect with others, to share laughs and hopes and fears. I used to think that I was introverted but I'm starting to see that I can be very sociable and really enjoy it, though of course I do love time on my own as well, to read or watch a film or just let my mind drift.
