Youthful fit guy interested in arts, heritage, reading, walking, tennis, swimming plus travel around Ireland . My typical day is spent enjoying a walk to get the papers then socially distanced coffee to read them. I love walking by the River Lagan and along the seafront especially where the Mountains of Mourne sweep down to the sea. Without lockdown I would swim each morning in the University Leisure Centre and had taken up a qua-jogging which I look forward to. It helps keep me fit end enjoy a healthy dinner. I write stories and poems for my three grandchildren and try to complete ancestry.
