Sensitive,friendly. I love books and read widely...everything to do with health and fiction. Am not religious but have a spiritual side. I teach Pilates and Yoga; mostly to older people. I love running and compete in 10k races. I have a son who is married and lives here in France also. I live in the Dordogne in South West France, in the middle of the country with my companion who is French. We have a little dog and two donkeys and hundreds of wild birds!
