Hi, I'm interested in Japanese culture. I used to watch NHK on satellite but had to drop it because of the cost. I would watch dramas and look up words in my Japanese/English dictionary. It was a primitive way of learning, but it helped. Years ago, I used to have a couple of email penpals from Japan. It was an exciting time.
