I live, teach literature, and read books in Jakarta, Indonesia. When I'm not entertaining my 3-year old son, my life is divided among reading, cycling, enjoying music, retrocomputing, and hiking.I consider myself an avid reader, and I love reading novels both for escapism and literary values. I enjoy reading translated fiction, and I want to read novels from all countries in the world before I die. My last favorite books include Amos Oz's A Tale of Love and Darkness and Vernon Subutex by Virginie Despentes.
