I find it quite hard to go on and write these kind of things about myself. I prefer telling you about me in private I guess. But I’ll try. I’m a fairly laidback fellow, trying as good as I can to cook food for patrons at my restaurant. I enjoy travels, good food and wine, reading and writing. A great interest is history.
