I was widowed 5 years ago and now spend my time meeting friends, looking after my cats, reading and just generally enjoying the freedom to please myself. My mother died last year but my brother and his wife visit several times a year and we have trips to various places of interest. I retired from a career in banking and then spent 20 years involved with education. Still very interested in life and keeping in touch with as many people as I can:).
