Long time ago, when I wrote my last letter at paper. In the 80´s, it was always a great pleasure to find a letter from distant countries in your mailbox. email, FB and WA have suppressed the joy. It is time to return to the origins, to slow down the passage of time and to enjoy the little things, to exchange life experiences and nevertheless get to know new things, new people, new culture, new kitchens... life is a rollercoaster ride, not always easy to understand. I am an avowed optimist and have more plans and ideas than time and money to make them come true.
